Cook Time: 45 min Servings: 2 loaf pans Source: Apples of Gold
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pack banana pudding mix
- ½ c water
- ½ c oil
- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1c chopped pecans (opt)
Mix and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake, then cool 10 min, then transfer to rack. (If 1 loaf pan, bake 55 m)
